Bacon!

Well I'm at Aaron's house and its 0:40 and we are frying bacon on our bonfire! O yeah! 

O and we didn't have a frying pan so we are doing it on a paint tray!

Doctor who

Well I thought I ought to post something about Doctor Who. As many know it is the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who making it the longest running si-fi show in history. 

I will admit that I have not yet seen The Day Of The Doctor but I plan to later tonight. 

Also what with this being primarily an art blog I shall post some pictures soon concerning the Doctor. 

And yes I know that technically this post is late.

Rugby is back!

Finally rugby season has returned! Had a nine hour rugby camp today and am much looking forward to more practices and GAMES! 

Thor the Dark World

Well I just got back from seeing Thor The Dark World. In a nutshell....FANTASTIC! Obviously I shall not actually give any spoilers but I will say that it is TOTALLY worth the money to see it in theater (if you know me you know that that is quite a complement)!

So that is what I have to say about that. I would also like to add that it has inspired me to do something I've been thinking about for a while and that is draw all the members of the Avengers and some other key characters to those movies. So I'll post those soon and I will be much looking forward to Captain America the Winter Soldier! If you haven't seen the trailer for that GO SEE IT Captain America is personally my favorite so check it out!

Just wanted to say sorry for the lack of posts but I have had a lot of school and I've started driving and other such stuff so blog has had to been booted down on the priority list. 

But hopefully I will be posting some pics later today :)

True Grit

So tonight began my every week John Wayne movie and it started with True Grit staring John Wayne as Rooster J. Cogburn! It was another amazing movie.

Also I would recommend the book as I enjoyed it a lot.

Big Grey Tractor

This is one of those posts that would not be art related. 

So last night I had a friend over and we were taking him home at about 8:30 and we (me, him, and my brother) were all like "WE SHOULD GET DONUTS" and then in the drive through we were like "WE SHOULD GET TWO!" Well my sister aka driver graciously allowed us the donuts after which things were enormously more funny to us and my brother literally couldn't stop moving. Well then we went to get gas at which point we (under the influence of the jelly donuts) decided to jump out of the car and make a run for the gas station store where we each bought the largest size slushy before we could be stopped and it is after that that my brother became basically drunk! I mean this guy laughed non stopped the whole way home and that is 30 minuets of red faced laughter! So basically don't buy kids under 12 more then one donut and NEVER EVER GIVE THEM SLUSHIES AFTER A DONUT!

My favorite TV show is BBC's Doctor Who!

This is the eleventh doctor and his companion from season 7 part 2.

I know the girl isn't great but it's the first time I'd ever really tried a girl's face.

And why the photo turned out brown I do not know.

Well if your reading my blog then you've probably discovered that I am a Bruce Springsteen fan! It is from his song Born to Run (give it a minute I'm sure it'll play) that I got the idea for this picture and I must admit it is one of my favorites :)
